Authorities have charged Overland, Missouri cop Andrew Ringeisen with first-degree involuntary manslaughter in the death of a man who was intimidating people with sirens on the top of his Jeep. The real cops confronted the man, one pushed him down three stairs and left him there. He died five days later from massive head injuries.
